If you’re experiencing problems with your sewer line, our plumbers can identify what’s causing them and recommend the best repair options. In some cases, trenchless repair is an ideal solution. Trenchless sewer repair enables our plumbers to replace a failing sewage line without the need to dig up a long trench in your yard. While there is some degree of digging needed in this practice, it is limited and the disruption to your lawn is minimized.

Before work can start on restoring your sewer line to good order, the current lines have to be evaluated with our cameras that are customized for navigating sewer lines. The camera is simply “snaked” into the piping through a drain inside your home or business. This allows our plumbers to see what is causing the obstruction as well as the condition of the sewer line itself.

Once this critical inspection is done, the sewer line can be accessed a shallow point such as from your basement or from a spot outside of the building. The line is then usually flushed out with a hydro-jet instrument, and remaining blockage is cleared away with a plumbing snake.

After the sewer line is sufficiently cleared, new pipe lining is directed into the sewer. The new liner is manufactured from a quality resin that will harden as it cures and serves as replacement for the old line. This efficient procedure is performed with a minimal amount of digging because only a section of the line must be accessed for trenchless pipe repairs.

After the new sewer line has enough time for curing, an inspection is done by our plumbing team with a sewer camera to verify that the repair is in proper position. Then service can be restored to your home or business and your sewer system can be used again
